Standard Charges

All fees are payable in advance following issue of monthly invoice. Late payments will result in an additional charge of £10 a day. If invoice is not paid within a week then we will no longer have the child until it is paid.

All reservations will have a deposit of £20 per child, and will be deducted off your first invoice. If reserving a space for more than a month then there is an additional £20 per month per child to reserve that space.

We do endeavour to give parents my holiday dates as far in advance as possible. These will be given to you when we have our initial meeting.

If you do ever wish to to terminate your contract with us then you will need to give 4 weeks written paid notice.

We don’t charge any extras!! What you see is it! No extra weekly charge, or monthly charge… It includes everything, nothing extra for trips/outings or resources. ( Apart from food being optional!)

If you have a funded child, we are not allowed to charge a ‘top up fee’ and we don’t. If you do more than your funded hours, then you simply just pay for the extra hours. 😊
